Health and innovation in the EU: That’s where tuomi takes part

The IHI is an EU public-private partnership funding health research and innovation. Due to tuomis commitment to high-quality medtech software development it was a great opportunity to get in contact with companies who share our goals and who could potentially become cooperation partners. Networking is just so much better when you’re not sitting in front of a monitor!

tuomi provides excellent services in the area of developing software for medical devices according to MDR and is already partnering with other companies in different projects. Cooperation is also required for IHI projects, since building or finding a consortium is a must. The various networking opportunities could in hindsight be an important step in finding new cooperation partners.

Before attending the event, Besnik was able to schedule short in-person talks with other attendees. And as everyone seemed to be very happy about being able to be part of an in-person-event again, there were more than enough other casual conversations that sometimes were even more interesting than the scheduled ones. Even after the event was over, the networking opportunities did not stop since even now people can still contact each other virtually over the IHI event website and of course other networks.
